Czapek's Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green: a 10-piece 18k yellow gold limited edition with hand-guilloché dial and flying tourbillon, born from a collector's order.
A Point of Departure
- Limited to 10 pieces in 18k 2N yellow gold, the Victory Green differs from the wider Antarctique Tourbillon range in its forest green PVD ‘Singularité’ dial and its origin: a single bespoke collector order that the maison chose to share, with that collector’s agreement.
- The hand-guilloché ‘Singularité’ pattern required a bespoke cam; no machine equivalent exists for its precision at the smallest cuts.
- Czapek Calibre 9 places the flying tourbillon, gear train and barrel on one vertical axis, visible dial-side through the convex titanium cage.
- Presented publicly at WatchTime New York (Gotham Hall, 16–18 October 2026) and available now through authorised Czapek retailers and czapek.com.

One collector’s private vision became a 10-piece edition. A single bespoke Antarctique Tourbillon, ordered in warm yellow gold with a deep forest green dial, impressed Czapek’s atelier enough that CEO Xavier de Roquemaurel sought the client’s permission to extend the design to a small circle of others. “Some of our best ideas are not necessarily born from us,” he states. “A collector trusted us with a vision for a one-of-a-kind Antarctique Tourbillon, and when we saw it finished on the wrist, we knew it deserved to exist beyond a single piece.”
This path, a unique order becoming the seed of a limited edition, is a deliberate part of how Czapek operates since its revival. The Victory Green is its latest expression.
The Dial’s Vortex
At the centre of the edition sits a guilloché technique that Czapek developed with Metalem specifically for the Antarctique Tourbillon. Where a classical rosace radiates every line from one fixed point, the ‘Singularité’ pattern shifts its origin with each pass of the lathe. The visual consequence is a sense of depth spiralling toward the tourbillon, an optical pull that no standard cam could produce. A bespoke tool was made to execute it.

Engraved into a ‘Secret Alloy’ base, the dial receives its colour through PVD treatment. Green hour markers and partially skeletonised hands, both charged with Super-LumiNova, extend the palette without crowding the surface. Roquemaurel notes that hand-guilloché work is increasingly rare: “It provides a precision on the smallest cuts that no machine can match.”
Calibre 9 and the Case

Calibre 9 is the first Czapek movement not only designed and assembled in-house but largely machined there too. The tourbillon, gear train and barrel share a single vertical axis on the dial side; the flying tourbillon rotates within a convex titanium cage. Through the caseback, a hand-engraved oscillating weight in 5N gold completes the view.
The 40.5 mm, 11.5 mm-high case is framed by box sapphire crystals on both sides and rated to 5 atm. It connects to an integrated 18k 2N yellow gold bracelet via Czapek’s ‘Easy Release’ system; alligator leather and rubber straps are available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many pieces of the Czapek Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green will be made?
The Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green is a limited edition of 10 pieces, each cased in 18k 2N yellow gold.
What movement does the Czapek Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green use?
It houses Calibre 9, the first Czapek movement designed, constructed and largely machined in-house. Its tourbillon, gear train and barrel are aligned on a single vertical axis, with the flying tourbillon turning inside a convex titanium cage.
What makes the Singularité guilloché dial different from a standard rosace pattern?
In a classical guilloché rosace every line originates from a single fixed point. On the Singularité dial, the starting point shifts with each pass of the lathe, drawing the eye toward the tourbillon in a vortex effect. A bespoke cam was created specifically for the pattern.
Where can collectors in the Middle East acquire the Czapek Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green?
The watch is available through a selection of authorised Czapek retailers worldwide, at the Czapek boutique in Geneva (Quai des Bergues 27), and directly at czapek.com.
When was the Czapek Antarctique Tourbillon Victory Green first presented publicly?
Czapek formally presented the watch to collectors at WatchTime New York, held at Gotham Hall from 16 to 18 October 2026, following its official unveiling on 14 October 2026.
