At the Crossroads of Sport and Elegance
Czapek & Cie extends its Faubourg de Cracovie line with the “Crossroads” Victory Green, a chronograph that mixes refined detailing with a clear sporting character. The 41.5 mm 316L steel case is conceived as a versatile daily companion that also works in more formal settings.
Water-resistant to 5 atmospheres, the case features lugs and flanks with sandblasted recesses, while the chronograph pushers are integrated into the crown guard for a clean profile. Alternating finishes and flowing lines give the watch a contemporary, technical look that remains discreet on the wrist.

A Signature Victory Green Dial
At the heart of the watch’s identity is its “Crossroads” Victory Green dial, executed by Metalem. Czapek reinterprets its “Double Soleil” guilloché, first seen on the Quai des Bergues 40.5 mm models, with a straighter, deeper engraving inspired by sports car tyre profiles, while the Victory Green hue obtained via PVD treatment reinforces the sporting mood.
The guilloché plays with light, adds texture and supports legibility by tempering reflections. A tachymeter scale inspired by early motoring and aviation instruments runs around the peripheral flange, freeing the centre for the chronograph indications while retaining the ability to read average speed over one kilometre.
To balance the reduced guilloché surface, Czapek reworked the 30-minute and 12-hour counters, recessing them below the main plane with diamond-polished edges and circular azurage. A discreet small seconds at 6 o’clock and a semi-instantaneous jumping date aperture complete the display with a focus on symmetry and clarity.

The SXH3 Integrated High-Frequency Caliber
Powering the Faubourg de Cracovie “Crossroads” Victory Green is the SXH3, an integrated self-winding chronograph caliber developed in 2018 by Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier and adapted to Czapek’s specifications after more than six years of development. Beating at 5 Hz (36,000 vibrations per hour), it offers 1/10th of a second timekeeping precision, enhanced performance in dynamic conditions and improved shock resistance, and is COSC-certified.
Visible through the sapphire caseback, the movement measures 30 mm in diameter and 6.95 mm in thickness. Its plate and bridges are sandblasted, anthracite-treated and openworked with hand-bevelled edges, while a skeletonized 22-carat pink gold oscillating weight with bi-directional winding secures nearly 65 hours of power reserve and reveals circular-grained wheels, polished screws, the column wheel and the high-frequency regulating organ.
The regulating unit features a variable-inertia balance with four gold adjusting screws and a flat balance-spring made from a stable alloy. A vertical clutch prevents the chronograph seconds hand from jumping at start and allows it to run continuously without impairing accuracy, while linear hammers ensure a precise reset to zero.
Exclusivity and Wearing Experience
The Faubourg de Cracovie “Crossroads” Victory Green is produced in a limited edition of 18 pieces, each delivered on a hand-sewn calfskin or Alcantara strap secured by a deploying buckle. It is priced at CHF 32,000 before tax and is available through official Czapek retailers, the Czapek & Cie boutique in Geneva and the brand’s online platform.
