ABOUT US

WATCHESPEDIA is the Swiss digital magazine of luxury watches, fine jewellery and lifestyle. Founded in 2020 in the heart of Switzerland’s watchmaking region – from the shores of Lac de Neuchâtel to Lake Geneva – we report on the houses, releases and craftsmanship that define fine watchmaking and high jewellery, for collectors in Europe and the Middle East.

At the heart of the industry

Since our inception in 2020, we have built partnerships with more than forty leading maisons – among them Audemars Piguet, Bulgari, Cartier, Chopard, De Bethune, Franck Muller, Greubel Forsey, Harry Winston, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Piaget, Roger Dubuis, TAG Heuer, Vacheron Constantin and Zenith – across communication, marketing, public relations, press and events.

A global presence

Our editors have covered the industry’s defining gatherings – Baselworld, Watches & Wonders Geneva, Dubai Watch Week, the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition, Geneva Watch Days, Abu Dhabi and London – as well as landmark auctions at Christie’s, Sotheby’s, Antiquorum and Phillips.

Our editorial standards

We cover new references using manufacturer specifications, primary press materials and first-hand reporting where available. Technical details – calibres, materials, dimensions, editions – are checked against official sources before publication. Where a story develops or facts are clarified, we update the article. Our coverage is editorially independent; partnerships never dictate our reporting.

Our editorial team

WATCHESPEDIA’s coverage is led by Osama Haseeb, Horology Editor, who oversees watch and jewellery releases – curating new-model news, technical detail and market context for collectors across the Gulf.

Isabelle Junod, Editor-at-Large, meets the founders, CEOs and designers behind the maisons and writes our Portraits interview series, starting with the houses she met at Geneva Watch Days 2026.

Our reporting follows our published editorial standards, and the official brand communiqués we receive are archived in our press releases section.
