A partnership born from speed
Breitling’s role as Official Watch Partner to Aston Martin and the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team connects two names long associated with performance on road, track, and in the air. The multi-year agreement aligns Aston Martin’s performance cars with Breitling’s chronograph expertise and marks Breitling’s return to Formula 1®.
The collaboration debuts with the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, a co-branded timepiece limited to 1,959 pieces in tribute to Aston Martin’s first Formula 1® entry. It places the Navitimer in today’s motorsport environment while retaining its status as a pilot’s instrument within Breitling’s air, land, and sea universe.

From Leon Breitling’s 1907 Vitesse chronograph, accurate enough to time early speeding tickets, to Aston Martin’s exploits at Aston Hill, both brands built identities around measuring speed. By the 1950s and 1960s, Breitling’s Navitimer was worn by drivers such as Graham Hill and Jim Clark, while Aston Martin’s DB5 shared the screen with a Q‑modified Breitling Top Time, linking both names to motorsport and cinema.
Today the partnership extends to the Formula 1® paddock. The Breitling logo appears on the Aston Martin Aramco car and team apparel throughout the Grand Prix season, signalling a shared focus on engineering and timing.
The Navitimer B01 43 for Aston Martin Aramco
The Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team is conceived as an instrument for drivers, translating race-car materials and team colours into watchmaking. Its 43‑millimetre titanium case reduces weight while maintaining presence, and a polished titanium bezel frames a carbon-fiber dial inspired by F1® cockpit components.

Aston Martin Racing Green and lime accents from the Aston Martin Aramco livery provide a direct link to the team. The carbon-fiber dial is paired with luminescent hands and indexes with green Super-LumiNova® for legibility, while the textured leather strap recalls a racing harness.
Inside, the watch is driven by the in-house Breitling Manufacture Caliber B01, a self-winding movement with an approximately 70-hour power reserve. A column wheel and vertical clutch manage its 1/4‑second chronograph with 30‑minute and 12‑hour totalizers, and COSC-certified chronometer status supports timing precision.
Engineered details, visible and invisible
Water-resistant to 3 bar (30 metres), the 13.69‑millimetre‑thick case houses a cambered sapphire crystal glareproofed on both sides. The non‑screw‑locked crown with two gaskets and polished titanium bezel balance practicality with refinement.

Through the screwed sapphire-crystal caseback, the matte-black rotor developed for this edition is on display. Crafted from tungsten with a PVD coating, it carries the Aston Martin Formula One™ Team logo, while engravings of “One of 1959” and “Instruments for Drivers” underline the watch’s limited status and driving focus.
Why it matters
For collectors in the GCC and beyond, the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team unites an established Breitling chronograph with a current Formula 1® programme and a British ultra-luxury marque. Its titanium case, carbon-fiber dial and team livery detailing position the watch within Breitling’s air, land, and sea narrative while reinforcing the Navitimer’s relevance on the circuit as well as in the cockpit. For enthusiasts following both brands, it signals a long-term vision in which precision timekeeping and speed meet on the wrist.
