A New Chapter for the Orb Flying Tourbillon
Vanguart presents Orb Pink Ceramic Titanium and Orb Blue Ceramic Rose Gold at Geneva Watch Week 2026 as coloured-ceramic evolutions of the Orb flying tourbillon. Launched in 2024, the Orb combined a flying tourbillon with a selector for manual or automatic winding; these 41mm references keep that architecture while adding pink or blue ceramic on the flanks and crown pusher.
Orb Pink Ceramic Titanium uses a micro-blasted and satin-finished titanium case, while Orb Blue Ceramic Rose Gold is crafted in 18-carat rose gold. Both measure 10.5mm thick with 30-metre water resistance, a curved case back and an open profile that frames the flying tourbillon on the wrist.
Architecture, Colour and Movement
The 3 Hz flying tourbillon uses a mainplate, bridges and cage in Grade 5 titanium with micro-blasting, satin finishing and hand bevelling. A curved réhaut and concave oscillating mass are colour-matched to the ceramic by micro-painted, automotive-inspired coating, visually linking case and movement.
Each reference has 395 components, a 60-hour power reserve and a central bridge with hand-polished bevelling over a sand-blasted base. The hour track alternates matte and mirror-polished finishes, while a quick-release system in the curved case back allows strap changes between colour-matched rubber and other Vanguart options.

Function Selector and Finishing
At 12 o’clock, the barrel houses the Orb’s function selector with an inner ring in pink or blue PVD and three apertures that turn black to indicate “M” for manual winding, “A” for automatic winding and “H” for time-setting. The crown pusher cycles through these modes and engages or disengages the oscillating mass; in manual mode the mass stays fixed, while in automatic mode it spins freely, animated by a brilliant-cut diamond.
On the Orb Pink Ceramic Titanium, the mainplate is sand-blasted, PVD-treated in a deeper pink and re-angled by hand to reveal polished titanium. On the Orb Blue Ceramic Rose Gold, the barrel bridge and tourbillon cage receive gold PVD coating, while lumed triangular or trapezoid markers and hands aid legibility.

Four gem-set interpretations
The two Orb ceramic executions share the same calibre and dimensions but differ in metal, colour and finishing details.
- Orb Pink Ceramic Titanium pairs a titanium case with pink ceramic inserts and a pink PVD-treated mainplate.
- Orb Blue Ceramic Rose Gold combines an 18-carat rose gold case with blue ceramic inserts and gold PVD elements.
- Both use coloured inner rings, distinct markers and rubber straps matched to their ceramic accents.
- Contrasting surface treatments on case and movement frame the flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock.
Exclusivity and Distribution
Production of both references is limited to 25 individually numbered pieces. Material Good in the United States serves as exclusive global retailer for the Orb Pink Ceramic Titanium, signalled by an “MG” monogram on the case back, while the Orb Blue Ceramic Rose Gold is available through Material Good, Vanguart’s Middle Eastern partner Seddiqi and directly from Vanguart in other markets.
Why It Matters
For GCC collectors, the Orb Pink Ceramic Titanium and Orb Blue Ceramic Rose Gold bring coloured ceramic and a flying tourbillon into a format suited to regular wear. The dual winding modes, curved architecture and limited production align with regional demand for technically advanced, design-led watches that remain exclusive yet wearable.
Collaboration between Vanguart, Material Good and Seddiqi shapes distribution of the Orb and offers a clear path for following future limited editions from this independent ultra-luxe watchmaker.
