A darker, sculptural evolution of the Masterlink
Following the launch of the Masterlink in 2024, Gerald Charles introduces the Masterlink Boutique Edition as a boutique-only evolution of the Maison’s first asymmetric integrated bracelet design, rooted in the Maestro case conceived by Mr. Genta.
Crafted in 316L stainless steel and measuring 38 × 38 mm, it reflects the brand’s belief in steel as a precious material, expressed through the Darkblast® finish applied to case and bracelet to create a deep, matte appearance that emphasises the stepped geometry and clean edges.
The uniform finish lets case, bezel and bracelet read as a single sculpted object on the wrist, while the 7.99 mm profile and minimal visible screws underline the Masterlink’s discreet engineering and everyday wearability.

A dial of depth and light
At the centre is a double-layer black dial with vertical sunray finish, built from two superposed levels rather than stamping to echo the architectural spirit of the Maestro case.
A white minute track, rhodium-plated baton indexes and baton hands with white Super-LumiNova inserts ensure legibility against the dark background, while the restrained monochrome palette positions the Masterlink Boutique Edition as a contemporary daily companion.
Central hours and minutes are the only indications, in line with the clean, essential design and focus on form, proportion and finishing.

Ultra-thin manufacture micro-rotor
Through the sapphire caseback, the Masterlink Boutique Edition reveals the in-house developed ultra-thin caliber GCA1000 with off-center micro-rotor; at 2.67 mm thick, this automatic movement supports the 7.99 mm case while delivering a 50-hour power reserve.
The micro-rotor carries a honeycomb pattern, while the bridges feature Côtes de Genève, perlage and circular graining framed by vertical satin finishing around the perimeter.
The caliber uses 176 components and 29 rubies, runs at 3 Hz, and integrates an Incabloc shock-protection system, stop-second mechanism and unidirectional rotor, with “Boutique Edition” engraving around the caseback reinforcing its exclusive positioning.

Boutique-exclusive experience
Reserved for the Maison’s own distribution network, the Masterlink Boutique Edition is available exclusively at the JR Nagoya Takashimaya boutique and at the Gerald Charles Atelier in Geneva.
The integrated 316L steel bracelet, designed and manufactured in-house, mirrors the case with Darkblast® finishing and a micro-link system that enables precise sizing across Small (157 mm), Medium (205 mm) and Large (222 mm), secured by a folding clasp with hexagonal plate engraved “GC” and paired with 10 ATM (100 meters) water resistance.
The watch is delivered with a five-year Smart Warranty, with price available upon request, underscoring its place within luxury steel sports watches and contemporary haute horlogerie, and encouraging a direct relationship between Gerald Charles and collectors.
