The Spirit collection, launched in 2020, channels that operational history into contemporary wristwear. For 2026, the four new references carry reference numbers L3.809.4.93.6, L3.809.4.93.9, L3.721.4.93.6, and L3.721.4.93.9, each distinguished by a coherent blue palette that runs from the dial through the strap and, on the Flyback, the ceramic bezel insert.

The Spirit Pilot’s 39mm case, 11.5mm thick, houses calibre L888.4: a self-winding movement beating at 25,200 vph with 21 jewels, a silicon balance-spring granting magnetic resistance ten times beyond the ISO 764 standard, and 72 hours of autonomy. Applied rhodium-plated Arabic numerals with Super-LumiNova® treatment sit against the matt blue dial, while a screw-in crown and screw-down case back deliver the 10-bar water resistance that professional contexts demand.

The Spirit Pilot Flyback scales up modestly to 39.5mm across and 13.4mm in depth — dimensions that accommodate the hand-wound L792.4, a column-wheel chronograph calibre with flyback function beating at 28,800 vph across 23 jewels. Longines filed its pioneering flyback patent in 1935; this calibre continues that lineage with COSC certification and 68 hours of power reserve. A transparent sapphire case back reveals the movement’s architecture directly.

On the Wrist

Both models ship with an interchangeable system pairing a stainless-steel bracelet — fitted with a double safety folding clasp and push-piece micro-adjustment across 20mm lugs — against a Swiss-made blue rubber strap with pin buckle. The 47.40mm lug-to-lug distance keeps the fit practical across a range of wrist sizes.
