Rudis Sylva is an independent Swiss haute horlogerie manufacture based in Les Bois, rooted in the Jura region’s rich artisanal heritage. Established in 2006 and closely associated with founder Jacky Epitaux, the brand draws inspiration from the historic identity of its region while focusing on creating proprietary movements and exceptional handcrafted timepieces. Its philosophy unites innovation with traditional craftsmanship at the highest level.

At the heart of Rudis Sylva lies its patented Harmonious Oscillator, a distinctive regulating system featuring two interlinked balance wheels driven by a single escapement. Designed to enhance precision through instantaneous correction of positional variations, this invention reflects the brand’s technical ambition. Developed with grand complications watchmaker Mika Rissanen, it defines Rudis Sylva’s unique contribution to contemporary watchmaking.

Craftsmanship

Rudis Sylva’s creations are distinguished by meticulous hand-finishing, including guilloché, engraving, bevelling, and enamel work.
