delivery.All watches purchased from www.WATCHESPEDIA.com will be shipped from our Geneva facility, and returns should be sent back to the same location. If a delivery is rejected, any incurred customs fees will be charged as a restocking fee.
We reserve the right to request additional photos of the watch before it is returned, and we may reject a return if necessary.
Please note that worn or altered merchandise cannot be returned and will be rejected upon receipt. If any accessories, such as straps or boxes, are missing from the return, a replacement fee will be charged based on the replacement cost or the value of the missing item.
