Do you offer free shipping ?

Can I change the delivery address ?

Yes, You can !

In many
cases, yes, we can change the shipping address before shipment.

Please
notify us of any address changes promptly, as delays may occur once the package
has left our facility.

If the item
has already shipped, you can contact DHL Customer Service to arrange pickup at
a nearby location.

Keep in
mind that address changes may have tax implications, requiring order
cancellation and rebooking to comply with tax laws.

Do you deliver to Post Office boxes ?

No, We don't !

For insurance purposes, DHL safety regulations, and the security of Your package, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is suitable when placing your order.

What shipping providers do you use ?

DHL

We use DHL as shipping provider.

All our Watches are shipped using DHL Express's GoGreen Plus service.

This initiative aims to minimize carbon emissions by utilizing (SAF). SAF is a biofuel derived from renewable sources like vegetable oils and agricultural crops.

It serves as an eco-friendly alternative to conventional jet fuel, reducing greenhouse
gas emissions by up to 80% compared to fossil fuels.

When will I receive my order ?

Most orders typically arrive within 6-8 weeks after full processing.

However, some orders may be delivered during the second half of August due to high demand and the upcoming summer holidays.

Please note that orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays, and they cannot be shipped to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

How does shipping work ?

To uphold our business standards, we cannot label items as gifts or declare a lower value than the purchase price to avoid charges.

If you refuse a shipment in customs and we incur import taxes or duties to retrieve it, the incurred amount will be deducted from your return.

How do I track my order ?

Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your watch ships, you'll also get tracking details via email. Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery for all packages due to the package's value.

What happens if my watch is lost or damaged in the mail ?

We will find a solution !

We can initiate a claims process with DHL if your watch is lost or damaged during transit (although we sincerely hope this never occurs).

Our strict packing requirements are in place to ensure that your watch is fully protected
and insured while in transit to You.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you have a refund or return policy ?

Returns must be requested promptly and received at our facility within 14 days of
delivery.

All watches purchased from www.WATCHESPEDIA.com will be shipped from our Geneva facility, and returns should be sent back to the same location. If a delivery is rejected, any incurred customs fees will be charged as a restocking fee.

We reserve the right to request additional photos of the watch before it is returned, and we may reject a return if necessary.

Please note that worn or altered merchandise cannot be returned and will be rejected upon receipt. If any accessories, such as straps or boxes, are missing from the return, a replacement fee will be charged based on the replacement cost or the value of the missing item.

We will notify you before charging any replacement
fees.

Changing the strap or bracelet of the watch may result in unintentional damage to the watch case, making it ineligible for return.

For all returns, a flat-rate shipping fee of $250 will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label for you to return the merchandise to us.

Do I have to pay to return my order ?

Yes, You do !

Returns must be requested promptly and are subject to our approval before you can initiate the return process.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $250 will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.

We will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label for you to return the merchandise to us.

Do I have to return everything with my watch ?

Yes, Certainly !

You must return all items included in the original shipment, such as the box, papers, manual, straps, and accessories, to avoid restocking fees.

If any item is missing upon return, we won't be able to process a refund and will return the item to you.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

What does the two years warranty cover ?

The limited warranty extends to defects in materials and workmanship of the product under normal use for a period of two (2) years from your date of purchase.

What happens if my warranty claim is denied ?

We prioritize transparency and providing the best client experience possible.

If our Watchmakers find that a defect or damage is not covered by our Limited Two-Years Warranty, we'll communicate the necessary repairs needed.
